Our mission
Every year, hundreds of millions of people lose parts of their brain's ability to speak, move, or think — and fight to regain it. At nyra health, we're building the connected operating system that gives them a way back.
We exist because we believe that access to world-class neurological rehabilitation should not depend on where you live, who treats you, or what you can afford. Our technology makes high-intensity, personalized therapy possible at a scale that was never achievable before — grounded in clinical science, powered by AI, and driven by real patient outcomes.

Working at nyra means moving fast, thinking rigorously, and staying close to patients
We're a team of engineers, neuroscientists, speech therapists, and operators who chose this work because it matters. We've seen patients regain words they thought were lost, and clinicians reclaim hours of their week. We move fast, think rigorously, and hold ourselves to the standards of medical science — not just tech. We ship code, publish papers, and sit with patients. That combination is rare, and it's what makes nyra different.
Where We're Going
Our vision for 2030 is to become the global operating system for neurological care — connecting therapy, diagnostics, monitoring, and coordination into one seamless platform. We're building the largest longitudinal neuro recovery dataset in the world, and with it, the foundation for AI that doesn't just assist therapy but transforms how neurological conditions are understood, detected, and treated.
Our values
Patient-first, always. Every feature we build, every model we train, every partnership we sign — it starts with the question: does this improve outcomes for patients?
Scientifically rigorous. We don't cut corners. MDR Class IIa certification, peer-reviewed publications, and clinician-validated data are the foundation we build on.
Relentlessly resourceful. We're a small team tackling a massive problem. We thrive on creative problem-solving, deep ownership, and the belief that the best ideas come from people closest to the work.
Transparent and humble. We share what we know, admit what we don't, and learn from clinicians, patients, and each other every day.
Built to last. We're not chasing hype cycles. We're building durable infrastructure for a healthcare system that will need it for decades.
