Job description

nyra health builds the digital tools that make neurological rehabilitation work inside and outside clinic walls: myReha, the patient therapy app, and nyra insights, the clinician platform. 100+ clinics, 100K+ patients across DACH. 3× MRR growth target for 2026. €20M Series A. Team of 30+, scaling to ~50 this year. Ownership, excellence and patients first: that is how we drive progress together.

Sales at nyra. To grow the impact of our digital solutions for patients, we are already present across four strong fronts that compound: therapeutic practices, rehab clinics, insurers, and the DRV rehabilitation and aftercare pathway, and every win in one opens the next. Now we are expanding our sales engine, and looking for more sales talent to drive that progress further with us. You own your pipeline and your number, alongside colleagues already driving the clinics channel, as part of a small, fast-moving and driven commercial team.

Your role. Concretely, you run the clinic sales cycle from first touch to signed contract: prospecting, demos, pilots and the close. 100+ clinics already use myReha; you turn that traction into a repeatable clinic sales motion. Every clinic you sign puts evidence-based therapy in front of more patients who need it. You will report to our Clinical Sales Lead. For this role we are open to having new colleagues in Vienna or remotely anywhere in Austria and Germany.

What you'll work on

  • Build pipeline: find and qualify the clinics worth pursuing and keep a clean, honest pipeline you steer by.

  • Run demos that sell: deliver remote demos that speak to what a clinic actually cares about, clinically and operationally, and make the value obvious.

  • Own pilots: set up and drive pilot phases with therapy teams so a trial turns into a decision, not a stall.

  • Close: own proposals, negotiation and contract to signature. You drive deals forward instead of waiting for them.

  • Hand over clean: pass signed clinics to Account Management so they start strong.

Job requirements

What you bring

Must-have

  • Someone clinics buy from: a proactive, pragmatic closer who builds rapport, communicates clearly, and moves deals to yes.

  • Full-cycle sales you have run yourself: cold outreach to close, independently, with a track record of deals you personally drove.

  • SaaS sales experience: you have sold SaaS, or a comparable considered, multi-stakeholder software product, through the full cycle.

  • Fast market read: you absorb a new field quickly and sound credible to expert buyers, even if clinics and healthcare are new to you.

  • Professional German proficiency level (C1+).

  • You work comfortably in English day-to-day; it is our company language.

  • AI-native: you use AI tools in your daily sales workflow.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare, clinic or MedTech sales experience, or a network among clinic decision-makers.

Why nyra

  • A real closing seat: you own the clinic number, with the autonomy to build the motion and the support to hit it.

  • Patients first, always: everything we build is measured by patient outcomes, not engagement metrics. You are selling therapy, not features.

  • Ownership & direct access: founders, ML engineers and practicing clinicians are in the same room, decisions move fast, and you are part of them.

  • Transparent, direct culture: open communication and honest feedback are how we operate.

  • AI-native: every team member has Claude Pro and is expected to use AI tools daily.

  • Some of the best Mario Kart drivers in the Austrian startup scene 😉

What we offer

  • Top-of-market salary

  • Phantom stock options: every hire shares in the upside

  • Wiener Linien Jahreskarte (Vienna-based)

  • Swapfiets (Vienna-based)

  • Learning & development budget

  • Claude Pro + AI tools

  • Vienna First District office with regular team events

The process

  • Intro call (~30 min): background, motivation, the role.

  • Case study + meet the sales team (~45 min): a practical sales exercise (for example a mock discovery and demo), discussed with the team you would work with.

  • Founders' interview (~30 min).
