Job description
About nyra health
At nyra health, we build software that helps people get their voice — and their lives — back after stroke, brain injury, and other neurological conditions. Recovery is one of the longest, hardest journeys in healthcare — and it doesn’t end when patients leave the clinic. That’s why we built two products that work side by side: myReha, the therapy app patients use daily, and nyra insights, the platform clinicians use to manage care.
Today, 100+ clinics across Germany and Austria rely on us. Our therapy is reimbursed by insurance, and we’ve raised €20M in Series A to scale across DACH and beyond.
We’re a team of 35 in Vienna’s First District — engineers, designers, clinicians, researchers, salespeople, and operators — working on the same problem from different angles. We roll up our sleeves, move fast, take craft seriously, and stay close to the patients and clinicians we serve.
If that resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you.
Why we need you
nyra health is scaling fast — and we want people to know about it. We need someone to put nyra on the radar of patients, therapists, insurers and partners across the DACH region, building our presence and growing awareness with content that’s bold, credible, and impossible to ignore.
Your main focus will be building and running our social presence end-to-end — turning nyra’s story, our people, and our impact into content that gets seen, shared, and remembered.
What you’ll work on
Social & content strategy: own the direction, define where we play, which audiences we go after, and how we win on each platform — and evolve the strategy to take nyra's presence to the next level.
Owned social channels: run the day-to-day operations across LinkedIn, Meta (Instagram, Facebook), YouTube, and emerging platforms — planning, publishing, and engaging to grow reach, engagement, and awareness.
Content engine, end-to-end: ideate, design, write, shoot, and orchestrate content production — from posts and carousels to short-form video — shipping at a high, consistent standard.
Founder & team visibility: co-create engaging, thought leadership content that puts our founders and team front and center and builds their personal presence on social.
Partner enablement: supply our network — insurers, clinics, practices, and partners such as federations — with ready-to-share content that extends nyra’s reach through their channels.
Job requirements
What sets you up for success
Must-haves
Strong content creation craft: excellent design, copywriting, and content skills — you can take an idea from blank page to polished, on-brand post.
Hands-on with the tools: fluent with design and video tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Filmora, Adobe Creative Suite,...) and comfortable producing and editing short-form video yourself.
Chameleon versatility: you wear different hats with ease, shifting register to fit each platform and audience — thought leadership on LinkedIn, engaging and entertaining formats on Instagram — without losing the brand, and staying compliant and professional in a healthcare environment.
Creative and outgoing: you’re comfortable being visible and showing up on camera and on social — you enjoy being part of the content, not just behind it.
Language: you communicate clearly and create content in German and English.
Based in Vienna: you can work from our office in Vienna’s First District.
Good-to-haves
Healthcare or medical background: experience creating content in healthcare, digital health, or another evidence-based environment — or a genuine interest in the space.
A portfolio or presence of your own: a body of work, channel, or audience you’ve built that you can point to.
Beyond your CV
Bias to ship: you’d rather post, learn, and iterate than polish a single piece for weeks. You treat content as experiments, not final answers.
Instinct for attention: you know what makes people stop scrolling, share, and remember — and you think about reach and resonance, not just output.
Founder energy: you’re at home in a growing scaleup; you take ownership without waiting for permission and move with urgency.

Practical exercise with the Hiring Manager and a Go-to-Market peer — a short content and social case: you’ll create and present sample content and a channel plan, then discuss.
Founders’ interview — your approach, your creative philosophy, and how you’d contribute to nyra’s next chapter.
