Job description

nyra health builds the digital tools that make neurological rehabilitation work inside and outside clinic walls: myReha, the patient therapy app, and nyra insights, the clinician platform. 100+ clinics, 100K+ patients across DACH. 3× MRR growth target for 2026. €20M Series A. Team of 30+, scaling to ~50 this year. Ownership, excellence and patients first: that is how we drive progress together.

Sales at nyra. To grow the impact of our digital solutions for patients, we are already present across four strong fronts that compound: therapeutic practices, rehab clinics, insurers, and the DRV rehabilitation and aftercare pathway, and every win in one opens the next. Now we are expanding our sales engine, and looking for more sales talent to drive that progress further with us. You own your territory: your pipeline, your numbers, alongside colleagues already driving the practices channel, as part of a small, fast-moving and driven commercial team.

Your role. Concretely, you own new-practice acquisition in your region from end to end: finding the practices and doctors worth winning, getting in the door, turning interest into active myReha use, and growing the accounts you win from there. Every practice you win puts myReha in the hands of more patients relearning to move, speak and live after a stroke or brain injury. For this role we are open to having new colleagues in Austria or Germany.

What you'll work on

  • Win new practices: go out and win new therapeutic practices and doctors, from first cold contact to signed and actively using myReha.

  • Own your region: run your territory like your own business, mapping who is worth pursuing, prioritising hard, and steering by your own pipeline and KPIs.

  • Build rapport that holds: become the person practice owners trust and buy from, and keep those relationships warm long after the first yes.

  • Turn sign-ups into adoption: get practices actually using myReha through hands-on activation and quick field experiments to see what works.

  • Work across teams: partner with Partnerships, Insurance and Marketing so the practice channel compounds with the rest of go-to-market.

Job requirements

What you bring

Must-have

  • Someone customers buy from: proactive, pragmatic, and genuinely good at winning people over. You build rapport fast, articulate value clearly, and drive deals forward to a close.

  • A real hunter track record: 5+ years in field or outbound B2B sales with concrete new-customer wins.

  • Fast market read: you walk into a new segment, work out what moves buyers, and adapt your pitch, even if you have not sold in healthcare before.

  • Professional German proficiency level (C1+).

  • You work comfortably in English day-to-day; it is our company language.

  • AI-native: you already use AI across your sales workflow, for account research, personalised outreach, call prep and CRM.

Nice to have

  • A network in therapeutic practices or the wider healthcare space.

  • Experience selling software or digital solutions (SaaS or similar), or another considered product you had to explain and build a case for.

Why nyra

  • Own the Practices channel: this is the founding field-sales seat for our fastest-growing acquisition channel, with room to shape how we win practices across DACH.

  • Patients first, always: everything we build is measured by patient outcomes, not engagement metrics. You are selling therapy, not features.

  • Ownership & direct access: founders, ML engineers and practicing clinicians are in the same room, decisions move fast, and you are part of them.

  • Transparent, direct culture: open communication and honest feedback are how we operate.

  • AI-native: every team member has Claude Pro and uses AI daily; in sales that means AI in your research, outreach and prep from day one.

  • Some of the best Mario Kart drivers in the Austrian startup scene 😉

What we offer

  • Top-of-market salary

  • Phantom stock options: every hire shares in the upside

  • Wiener Linien Jahreskarte (Vienna-based)

  • Swapfiets (Vienna-based)

  • Learning & development budget

  • Claude Pro + AI tools

  • Vienna First District office with regular team events

The process

  1. Intro call (~30 min): background, motivation, the role.

  2. Case study + meet the sales team (~45 min): a practical field-sales exercise, discussed with the team you would work with.

  3. Founders' interview (~30 min).
